Founded over 20 years ago, our client delivers coaching, consulting and coaching training worldwide.  They have an international faculty and the largest pool of coaches trained to the highest global professional standards along with an expert consultancy team.

They are extremely proud of their reputation for executive coach training and their talented people.

They are on an exciting growth trajectory and their team are growing too and they now have a new role and are currently seeking a Programme Coordinator to join their friendly team.

The Role
One of the primary functions of the Programme Delivery Manager is to support the Head of Education in operationalising the delivery of our clients programmes, leading on key projects to improve the quality of programme delivery. The role also takes core responsibility in managing programme delivery of our clients team coaching portfolio of products. Duties include, however are not limited to: 

Co-ordinate team to ensure smooth operation of the product portfolio
Action feedback, driving a culture of continuous improvement
Manage the programme budget 
Maintain commercial oversight of the product line 
Ensure all programme materials are delivered in line with brand guidelines
Hold oversight for version control of delivery materials
Act as company subject matter expert on programme, supporting the wider business
Allocate faculty recruitment for programme delivery
Contract and coordinate venues for delivery 
Co-ordinate and attend meetings with external partner, capturing minutes and tracking actions.

The Candidate 
Our client is looking for a commercially astute self-starter who has a competent to advanced ability in the use of Microsoft suite of applications; Word, Excel, PowerPoint. You will be confident in your ability to use Zoom and video conferencing platforms, as well as your aptitude with CRM system and LMS platforms.
You will have a background in program delivery, HR or L&D and an active interest in peoples personal development/executive coaching. Demonstrably capable of working in a remote environment and exceptional communication skills, you will be confident managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders through remote channels. 

The Terms
The role is offered on a full-time basis, with a reduction to 80% if required for exceptional candidates. A salary of up to £30k fte*, (pro-rated for hours worked if reduced).  The role is remote based with the occasional requirement to attend meetings/events in London and the South East. Auto-enrol pension, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (pro rata).
