Our client is a professional contract cleaning services and associated facility management solutions in commercial, industrial and office environments across London and the Home Counties.
They are an agile, owner-managed business passionate about delivering outstanding service, providing clients with safe, clean and compliant workplaces.
The Role
This is an exciting position to work in a dynamic environment. As a new position you will be expected to develop the role in line with the changing needs of our clients, clients.
Responsibilities
• Create monthly reports for key clients and quarterly reports for corporate clients.
You will be required to liaise with various members of the head office and operations teams as well as key suppliers to collate information, and present it in a monthly written report.
Occasionally you may also be asked to attend Teams meetings regarding the reports.
• Client newsletters – work with Director to create quarterly company newsletters and have the responsibility of sharing these with clients
• Manage client portals and ensure up to date
• Assist with compliance portals to ensure up to date, as required
• Assist with client enquiries on an ad-hoc basis
The Candidate
• Previous experience in a customer support role
• Demonstrable ability to manage and manipulate data and design and create reports
• Good IT skills - fully competent in Word and Excel
• Good written and verbal communication skills, competency in English
• Ability to understand client requirements and deliver in full and on time
• Take ownership of projects, and be self motivated
The Terms
The role can be managed on a predominantly remote basis, with occasional visits to the Uxbridge offices, as required.
Equivalent 1 day a week 09:00–17:00 can be flexible or hours spread over more days
Additional hours may be available as the role develops.
This will be managed as a freelance opportunity, paid at a rate of up to £25 per hour.
