Our Client

Our client offers outsourced accounting and company secretarial services to a wide range of businesses. They are a small close-knit team, committed to providing exceptional service to clients and creating a supportive, dynamic environment for team members.

The Role

This new role in the business covers a range of tasks:

  • Reviewing Client AML & ID Documents
  • Ordering documents from the Government Departments
  • Monitor deadlines and maintain sufficient records and documents
  • Preparing emails, letters, invoices, statements and other documents
  • Providing general administrative support
  • Ensuring that all services are delivered to a high standard and within deadlines.

The Candidate

  • Demonstrable administration experience gained in a business to business environment.
  • If you have experience gained in the accountancy, legal or property sectors, this would be helpful but not essential.
  • Driven and self-motivated with a positive approach
  • Thorough with exceptional attention to detail
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to prioritise and plan effectively, adopting a logical and methodical approach to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge (Word and Excel basic) and familiarity with standard office applications
  • The ability to work well with others and develop relationships

Terms

  • 12-15 hours/week, worked across minimum 3 days per week (e.g 10am-2pm)
  • Opportunity to decrease hours during school holidays.
  • Salary £26k* FTE - £28k FTE* Depending on experience.
  • Office based in Woking, with free parking and a few minutes walk to Woking train station.
  • 25 days holiday (pro-rata) plus Bank Holidays
