The Client 
Our client believe dogs bring joy, connection, and a sense of family — and they’ve built their business around that belief. As they continue to grow and expand into new locations, they’re looking for a talented Marketing Manager who shares their passion for dogs and brings a proven track record of delivering high-performing marketing campaigns.

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead on marketing at our client. You’ll own their full marketing plan — from digital campaigns to brand storytelling — and play a key role in driving growth, increasing engagement, and shaping how customers experience their brand.
Our client is growing quickly, with second site opening in April 2026 and a third location planned for later in 2026. This role will play a key part in supporting the successful launch and ongoing marketing of each new site.
You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business, as well as overseeing the work of a team member who supports with copywriting, website updates, and traditional marketing.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute our marketing and growth strategies across all channels.
  • Support expansion activities, including marketing for new-location openings.
  • Create, plan, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Build a strong digital footprint within our local communities to increase visibility, engagement and brand awareness
  • Build and optimise high-converting funnels and paid advertising campaigns.
  • Deliver engaging and purposeful content for social media.
  • Optimise website content and landing pages for SEO to support organic growth
  • Oversee all CRM activity, using High Go Level CRM.
  • Work closely with our sales manager to create effective sales pipelines
  • Track conversions, monitor lead follow-up and ensure pipelines support strong sales conversions
  • Produce and schedule our monthly newsletter.
  • Manage and update our website to keep content fresh, relevant, and on-brand.
  • Produce short-form videos for campaigns, social media, and storytelling.
  • Develop award submissions and showcase the brand through relevant industry recognition opportunities.
  • Track and report monthly marketing performance, including ROI, engagement, follower growth, and reviews.
  • Present monthly results to stakeholders.
The Candidate 
The ideal candidate:
- Will have proven success as a Marketing Manager, ideally in a consumer-facing brands.
- Will have recent success launching the marketing for new locations or openings.
- Will bring strong experience in digital marketing and paid advertising performance.
- Will know how to build and optimise marketing funnels that convert.
- Is confident using CRM systems — High Go Level experience is a big advantage.
- Is highly organised, proactive, results driven with strong marketing & leadership skills.
- Loves dogs — and have/have had one of your own.

The Terms 
This part time role is being offered at 24 hours per week (from a 40-hour full time week), with flexibility as to how the pattern is managed. You will be office based around the Camberley area, where there is ample parking. The position is paying up to £50K FTE* and should you wish to use the services, you will receive a 25% employee discount.
