Our Client
Our client is a small family run business based near Egham. They partner with their clients, providing exceptional service, product and a drive towards sustainability.
The Role
This is a new position within a small team, supporting the day to day sales and operations.
• Order processing
• Checking stock
• Purchase order and Invoice management
• Emailing invoices
• Tracking and managing customer payments
• Some Xero entry (training can be provided)
• Managing delivery notes (scanning and loading)
• Other ad hoc admin duties as required
The Candidate
You will be highly organized with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
Experience of working with Xero ideal, however training is available.
The Terms
This position requires 15 hours per week, across 3 days (ideally Mon/Wed/Fri).
A salary of circa £28K FTE* (actual of £10,500), is available along with flexibility on working hours.
There is parking available near their Egham offices.
