Job Description

A great, local part time role with flexibility on the hours worked.  

Our Client 
Our client is a small family run business based near Egham. They partner with their clients, providing exceptional service, product and a drive towards sustainability. 

The Role 
This is a new position within a small team, supporting the day to day sales and operations. 
Order processing
Checking stock
Purchase order and Invoice management 
Emailing invoices
Tracking and managing customer payments
Some Xero entry (training can be provided)
Managing delivery notes (scanning and loading)
Other ad hoc admin duties as required

The Candidate 
You will be highly organized with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a small team. 
Experience of working with Xero ideal, however training is available. 

The Terms 
This position requires 15 hours per week, across 3 days (ideally Mon/Wed/Fri). 
A salary of circa £28K FTE* (actual of £10,500), is available along with flexibility on working hours. 
There is parking available near their Egham offices.
