Part-time Administrator / Paraplanner / Financial Adviser – Financial Advice Business

Our client is an established financial advisory firm offering tailored, holistic and independent advice. They provide an outstanding level of client care that is built on trust, transparency and genuine relationships.
This role offers the chance to work with long term clients without the requirement to sell or bring in new clients. Ideal for someone who takes pride in strong levels of service and advice. 

The Role
As IFA Administrator, you’ll deliver exceptional administrative service to the existing client base. With the ability to give advice in certain areas when required – helping clients achieve their financial goals and feel confident about their future.
This is a broad, hands-on role, perfect for someone who enjoys variety and autonomy in a friendly, collaborative environment.
Key areas include:
Building and maintaining strong, trusted client relationships.
Conducting detailed fact-finds, reviews, and portfolio updates.
Producing annual review / renewal packs 
Cashflow modelling  
Ensuring all advice and documentation meets regulatory and compliance standards.
Managing monthly change of circumstance administration 

About You
Ideally, you will already be a qualified Financial Adviser or working towards a Financial Adviser qualification (Diploma level), however candidates with solid experience in IFA administration will be considered without the qualifications. You’ll enjoy working as part of a small, dedicated team where your voice is heard and your input valued.
You’ll also bring:
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
A balance of analytical thinking and empathy for client needs.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Confidence working independently while collaborating closely with colleagues.
A commitment to ongoing development and maintaining CPD. 

What’s on Offer
Salary dependant on experience and open to negotiation for qualified candidates
Flexible remote working with a pattern of (circa) 4/5 hours per day, 4/5 days per week.
