Part-time Client Services Account Manager, Leadership Development Consultancy
Fully remote, £35,000–£40,000 FTE* | 20–25 hours/week | 6-month contract (potential to extend/perm)

The Role
As Client Services Account Manager, you’ll be at the heart of client delivery – ensuring programmes, coaching sessions and leadership events run seamlessly from start to finish.
You’ll build strong, trusted relationships with clients, associates and internal stakeholders, managing projects and budgets with confidence. From planning logistics to tracking financials, you’ll play a key role in maintaining excellent client communication and ensuring every project hits the mark.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Planning and coordinating client projects and events – from leadership programmes to coaching sessions.
- Managing budgets, forecasts and project costs.
- Acting as a central hub for communication across clients, associates and internal teams.
- Supporting the CEO and relationship managers with reporting, presentations and delivery logistics.
- Maintaining accurate records and project information in CMAP.
About You
You’ll bring a blend of commercial awareness, organisation and warmth – someone who takes real pride in delivering excellent service and managing multiple priorities with ease.
You’ll be comfortable working independently in a remote role while collaborating closely with a virtual team.

- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Financial and project management experience.
- Confident working at pace and managing competing priorities.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a “can-do” attitude.

What's on Offer
- Salary £35,000–£40,000 FTE* (depending on experience)
- 20–25 hours per week (flexible working pattern)
- Initial 6-month contract with potential to extend or become permanent
- Fully remote role (occasional meetings in Hemel Hempstead/London)
- 25 days holiday FTE + Christmas closure + statutory pension
