Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an Audit Senior to join their expanding audit team.

The Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients throughout the audit process
  • Leading audit assignments from planning through to completion, with manager/partner support
  • Developing a strong understanding of each client’s business and risk profile
  • Identifying and assessing audit risks and ensuring appropriate audit responses
  • Reviewing audit work and supporting the development of junior team members
  • Ensuring compliance with audit standards and regulatory requirements

You’ll work with a varied client base including owner-managed businesses, charities, and organisations across sectors such as manufacturing, healthcare and hospitality.

About You

  • ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience within an audit and accounts practice environment
  • Confident leading audit assignments and working directly with clients
  • Strong understanding of audit standards, quality and regulatory requirements
  • Organised, detail-focused and able to manage multiple deadlines
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys supporting and developing others
  • Committed to continuous professional development

What’s on Offer

  • Part-time or full-time working (from 22 hours per week)
  • Hybrid working and a culture that supports work–life balance
  • Highly competitive salary, negotiable
  • Office days can be based at any of the offices across the South West, including Swindon, Bath, Trowbridge, Cirencester, Chippenham, Bristol and Taunton.
  • Option to purchase up to 5 additional days’ holiday
  • Life assurance (up to 4x salary) and pension contribution
  • Health cash plan (including dental, optical and wellbeing support)
  • Access to mental health and wellbeing services
  • Ongoing learning, development and clear progression opportunities
  • Regular social events and a genuinely inclusive team culture
  • Structured induction and training programme
