The Role
As FP&A Manager, you’ll work closely with senior leadership to translate complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insight. This is a high-visibility role with real influence across the organisation. Key responsibilities include:
- Analyse SaaS KPIs and financial data to provide clear recommendations
- Deliver performance insights for investors and the C-suite
- Partner with marketing, engineering and customer success to track and explain budget variances
- Lead monthly forecasting and support annual budgeting
- Contribute to month-end close, including journals, accruals and reconciliations
- Monitor industry trends and advise on financial implications
- Oversee software spend and supplier compliance
- Improve financial processes to support scalability
- Support audits, due diligence and compliance requirements
About You …
You’ll thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and bring technical finance expertise and a commercial eye. You’ll be able to demonstrate:
- Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent), exceptional part- qualified candidates will be considered.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, accounting, or audit.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- A great communicator
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel modelling
- Familiarity with Xero and Bob Finance (Mosaic) or similar tools
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A collaborative team player who’s happy to roll up their sleeves
- A growth mindset, with the drive to contribute ideas, make an impact, and develop professionally
Terms
- This role is offering a competitive salary of up to £65k fte* depending on experience.
- The role is offered on a full-time, perm basis (37.5 hrs/wk). There is potential for reduced hours (30/wk) if desired.
- Flexible, hybrid working, seeking just 2 days/wk in the Milton Keynes office with free parking.
