The Role
This is a hands-on and varied position supporting both new client onboarding and ongoing client relationships. You’ll play a key role in ensuring clients receive a seamless, professional experience while helping keep internal processes running smoothly.
Responsibilities will include:
• Supporting the onboarding of new clients, including account set up and documentation
• Liaising with providers and managing the flow of information between all parties
• Assisting with transfers, investments and implementation of advice
• Providing day-to-day support to clients and responding to queries professionally
• Maintaining accurate client records and systems
• Supporting advisers with meeting preparation and follow-up actions
• Helping ensure processes are efficient and well managed within a fast-paced environment
About You
The ideal candidate will be bright, proactive and highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
You’ll likely have:
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Excellent communication skills and a professional approach
• A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of tasks
• An interest in finance, investing or working with entrepreneurial businesses
• Confidence working within a fast-moving and growing company
• A graduate-level education or equivalent experience
