Job Description

Our Kent based client is looking to recruit a Personal Assistant on a temp contract that can start immediately. This will be a full time role working in the office. 

The role will be to provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to senior leaders, ensuring the efficient management of schedules, communications, meetings and day-to-day business activities. 

You will be a key point of contact, helping to prioritise workloads, coordinate stakeholders and maintain effective office operations.

Essentials:
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
