Our client is looking for a proactive and highly organised Office Manager to join their team on a fixed-term contract covering maternity leave.
Offering flexibility from three days per week (or equivalent hours) up to full-time, this is an exciting opportunity to step into a broad and rewarding role where you'll oversee business operations, lead a small administration team and work closely with senior leadership to keep everything running smoothly.
The role is 80% office based in Wimbledon, giving you the opportunity to build strong relationships while retaining some flexibility to work remotely.

The Role
Reporting to the Head of Operations & ESG, you'll oversee the smooth running of key operational functions while managing a small Business Administration team. You'll coordinate operational projects, maintain business standards and ensure compliance processes continue to operate efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supporting the Business Administration team.
- Working alongside the Head of Operations on a variety of operational projects and business improvements.
- Overseeing GDPR, copyright and supplier compliance processes.
- Coordinating the maintenance of business accreditations, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and Acclaim, ensuring audits, documentation and management meetings remain on schedule.
- Reviewing and improving business processes, templates and operational documentation.
- Coordinating office facilities, maintenance and workplace compliance across both offices.
- Supporting Health & Safety processes, including DSE assessments, training records and compliance monitoring.
- Maintaining operational systems and ensuring training records remain accurate and up to date.
- Supporting the administration team during busy periods and providing holiday cover when required.
- Helping ensure accurate recording of operational sustainability data to support the company's environmental reporting.
About You
You'll be an organised, collaborative and solutions-focused professional who enjoys balancing operational oversight with people leadership.
You'll ideally bring:
- Previous experience in Office Management, Operations or Business Administration.
- Experience overseeing operational compliance, including ISO standards or similar quality management systems (desirable).
- Experience managing or supervising team members.
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience coordinating facilities and workplace management.
- A proactive, positive approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities.
- The ability to prioritise multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
Experience with Power BI and workplace risk assessments would be advantageous but isn't essential.
