  • Ensuring compliance with SRA Accounts Rules and internal financial procedures.

About You

You'll ideally have:

  • Experience working as a Legal Cashier within a law firm.
  • A good working knowledge of SRA Accounts Rules and legal accounting procedures.
  • Experience of electronic banking systems, client accounts and payment processing.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and ideally legal accounting software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • The ability to prioritise your workload and remain accurate during busy periods.
  • A proactive, helpful approach and the confidence to work independently as well as part of a team.

Above all, you'll be reliable, conscientious and enjoy working in an environment where accuracy, teamwork and professionalism really matter.

The Package

  • Salary of up to £35,000 FTE

  • Part or full time hours - 30–35 hours per week, with a 35-hour full-time working week.
  • Generous holiday allowance and strong benefits package.
  • Opportunities for professional development and progression.
  • A friendly, established team and a supportive working environment.

This is an office-based role in King's Lynn, with standard full-time hours of 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday.
