Your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing the current website structure and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Developing the website strategy, sitemap and wireframes
- Designing a polished, contemporary and conversion-focused website
- Building the new site in WordPress using Elementor Pro
- Ensuring the website is fully responsive and performs well across desktop, tablet and mobile
- Designing and/or sourcing appropriate artwork, imagery and other digital assets
- Implementing SEO and technical SEO best practice throughout the build
- Considering how content and site structure can support visibility across emerging AI-led search, including Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Copilot
- Setting up appropriate website analytics
- Managing testing, snagging and launch
About You
We’re looking for an experienced website specialist who can bring both creative thinking and technical expertise to the project.
You’ll ideally have:
- Strong commercial experience designing and developing websites using WordPress and Elementor
- Excellent UX/UI design skills and a strong eye for premium, professional design
- Good knowledge of SEO and technical SEO
- Experience creating high-performing, lead-generation websites
- A portfolio demonstrating high-quality B2B website projects
- The ability to work independently, make recommendations and take ownership of the project from concept through to launch
- An understanding of current developments in AI search and how website content and structure can be optimised accordingly
You’ll need to be based in England for this assignment.
