Our Client
Founded in 2012, our client delivers a software solution to healthcare clients supporting them with their risk, quality and compliance. Our client are ambitious and have growth plans taking them from their current £10Mill turnover, to £30mill turnover in 4 years, through both organic and acquisition growth.
The Role
Reporting to the CFO, this role will work with a small team and have varied responsibility. With the key areas of overall ownership listed below, whist being supported by purchase ledger and sales ledger administrators.
1. Manage Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger
2. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data entry
3. Payroll (liaising with external provider)
4. Audit management
5. Ensure policies, controls and processes optimal
6. Tax compliance
7. Monthly management accounts and variance analysis
8. Working capital management
9. Statutory accounts
10. Budget preparation
11. Forex
12. Insurance
13. M&A support
The Candidate
Our client are looking for someone qualified or part-qualified (working towards) with experience working within a control function. With UK and US offices, there would be benefit to the successful candidate having experience with US based teams.
The client currently use Sage Intact and have a recurring revenue based income model, so experience of this, or a similar system and model is of benefit.
Self-motivated and used to working in a small and agile team. Experienced working remotely.
Experience working within a SaaS would be advantageous, however not essential.
The Terms
This position is being offered on a part time basis of 3 days per week (or 22.5 hours per week). A salary of up to £60K FTE is available for the right candidate, along with benefits including 25 days annual leave (FTE), increasing over time. The role is predominantly remote, with occasional visits to their Leeds or Sheffield offices (please note that as part of the recruitment process there will be an in person interview at one of these offices and expenses will not be covered).
