The Role
This new role will be responsible for the exceptional behind the scenes planning and delivery of our client's program of webinars.
You will be required to complete all the administrative tasks associated with delivering a program of 3 webinars per week, throughout the year.
This will include:
- Scheduling communications
- Populating landing pages
- Designing completion certificates
- Designing feedback forms
- Communicating with clients
- Ensuring any amendments or changes are communicated and updated
The Candidate
To be successful in the role the successful candidate will need to be able demonstrate:
• Interest in working with systems and an ability to learn new systems
• Able to work with meticulous attention to detail whilst managing a large volume of work
• Good planning and organisational skills
• Good standard of written English
The Terms
• The role is offered on a part-time, initially as a fixed term contract for 5 months (with the hope that the role will become a permanent opportunity thereafter)
• A salary of up to £25k fte* is on offer (£12,500 actual for 18.5 hours)
• The role is seeking 18.5 hrs/wk
• The role requires the hours to be spread over 4 or 5 days
• There is flexibility around how the hours are worked including a few hours some evenings (desirable not essential).
• The role can be worked fully remotely or hybrid in the offices in Southwark.
• Initial training will require the successful candidate to attend the office 1 day per week for the first 4 weeks.

• Holiday is 25 days (fte) plus bank holidays plus a day for each year of service.
