The Role
Join our client on as Training Administrator, joining the Academy team, supporting Training activities across the organisation.
This is an exciting role, and you’ll have the opportunity to support the employee experience with providing support with training administration. This will involve responding to training requests and employee queries submitted to the Academy team, supporting with organisational control, booking training facilities, coordinating evaluation activities, updating employee records and supporting with new starter coordination. You’ll also get involved with generating training reports and metrics data, updating the learning management system (LMS) and Skill station database.
This role will enable you to make a difference to all colleagues that experience training, a brilliant opportunity to work with a talented and passionate training team, where you’ll get involved with improving and promoting the Academy training brand.
The Candidate
• Ideally you will have experience of working as an administrator, or similar, within an HR, Training or L&D team.
• Have an eye for detail and getting things right.
• Committed to the highest standards.
• Show concentration and focus.
• Strong planning and organisational skills
The Terms
This role is being offered on a part time basis, with ideal hours of 8.15am to 4.45pm Wednesdays and Thursday and 8.15am to 12.15 on a Friday – there is however flexibility in this. Paying up to £30K FTE* with access to the below benefits. The role will initially (minimum of 6 months), be based at our client's Denham offices, after which point there could be a discussion about a hybrid working pattern.
