The Role
A new role within the team, this position will be working
primarily with on one large client, however will have the opportunity to
contribute across the wider business areas.
You will work closely with the Commercial Director in
supporting clients transition to more sustainable materials and processes
whilst reducing their carbon impact.
The role will be centred around managing and developing
systems for what it truly takes to be able to deliver practical solutions in
line with regulatory requirements with global reach.
The Candidate
You will have experience in a compliance and or
sustainability role inhouse or within an agency setting.
The role will require an in depth understanding of product
sourcing and logistical auditing as well as material analysis.
The ideal candidate will have an understanding (and possibly
experience working within/for) large global corporate structure and complex
matrix organisations.
Your attention to detail and numeracy will be exceptional
and you will have a strong technical capability with packages such as excel.
You will be able to demonstrate stakeholder management
skills along with critical thinking and an ability to understand and engage
with overarching Global and UK regulations.
You will be passionate about the meaning behind your work
and keen to make a change in the world.
The Terms
This role is being offered o apart time basis with the
expectation that it will require circa 20 hours per week. A salary of £40-55K
FTE is available for the right candidate (dependent on experience), along with
meaningful work with a dedicated, friendly and down to earth team.
The role can be worked remotely, however there is a busy
Hertfordshire office, should you wish to be office based (a Brighton satellite
office may also be available if convenient).
