Our Client
Our client is a long-established IT and Managed Services provider delivering innovative technology solutions across the UK. They support a diverse range of clients across commercial, housing, local government, education, and healthcare sectors.
As part of their strategic growth plans, they are seeking an experienced Telemarketing Executive to lead and follow up on business development campaigns, generating high-quality appointments for the sales team.
This role is fully remote, working two days per week, and requires strong experience using HubSpot CRM to manage and report on campaigns.
The Role
Reporting to the Business Development Director, you will play a key part in driving new business through intelligent, proactive outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage HubSpot CRM:
- Create and update prospect and suspect records
- Cleanse existing and new data via telephone verification
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with GDPR
- Prepare reports and campaign lists for management analysis
- Run and execute telemarketing campaigns:
- Plan and deliver marketing campaigns in conjunction with the Business Development Director
- Execute campaigns via email, social media, and cold calling
- Follow up warm leads through calls and email nurturing
- Book qualified appointments for the sales team
- Maintain regular contact with prospects to identify new opportunities
- Keep CRM records up to date on all live opportunities
- Maintain supplier portals and support external sales with quotes and proposals
The Candidate
To be successful in this role you’ll be able to demonstrate:
- Proven experience running and managing B2B telemarketing campaigns
- Demonstrated success in generating appointments through follow-up and outbound activity
- Strong telephone communication and relationship-building skills
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns via HubSpot CRM
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
- Confident working independently in a home-based environment
- Positive, results-driven attitude with a genuine passion for achieving targets
- Good understanding of IT technologies (Networking, Security, Collaboration); knowledge of Cisco is advantageous
Terms
- Full Remote Working
- 2 days per week (minimum 15 hours)
- £30,000 FTE* (pro rata)
- Available on a freelance, interim, or employed basis
- Performance bonus for successful new business appointments
