Our Client
Our client is a well-established private client tax advisory firm, founded in 2008 by a respected tax specialist. They work closely with high net worth individuals, families and trusts, building long-term relationships and providing clear, practical advice.
They are now looking to appoint a capable Tax Accountant on a part-time basis, working around 20 hours per week remotely.
The Role
This position would suit someone from a strong personal tax background who enjoys working with a varied portfolio of clients and values flexibility.
The role combines compliance and advisory work, offering both variety and professional challenge. You’ll manage your own work with a high degree of independence, supported by experienced senior advisers where needed.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing annual personal tax compliance for high net worth individuals, families and trusts
- Supporting advisory projects across CGT, IHT and family wealth planning
- Assisting with residence, domicile and foreign income matters
- Supporting EIS and SEIS claims and associated reporting
- Developing trusted relationships with clients and professional contacts
- Collaborating with senior advisers to deliver high-quality outcomes
About You
You may bring experience in:
- Personal tax compliance within a professional firm
- Trust and estate work
- CGT and IHT planning
- EIS/SEIS claims
- Working directly with private clients
- Managing deadlines independently in a remote setting
Qualifications such as ATT, CTA or STEP are welcomed.
You’ll be detail-oriented, client-focused and comfortable working with autonomy while maintaining high professional standards.
