Job Description

Ready to turn technical expertise into powerful commercial stories?

If you love shaping complex ideas into compelling, credible content that genuinely supports sales conversations — and you’re looking for a senior, part-time role with impact — this could be a brilliant next step.

Our Client

Our client is an award-winning, fast-growing cyber security business based in Cardiff with an international reach. They’re ambitious, values-led and serious about growth — but equally serious about enjoying the journey.

Operating in a complex and ever-evolving sector, they pride themselves on making cyber security clear, accessible and commercially relevant for their clients and partners.

The Role

This is a pivotal role, sitting at the heart of customer and sales enablement.

As Content Manager, you’ll own the customer and partner narrative — translating deep technical capability into commercially compelling stories that build credibility and help close deals.

You’ll create a full suite of high-quality sales and partner assets, ensuring the go-to-market team has everything they need to win business confidently and consistently.

Key areas of focus:

Sector & Sales Assets

  • Develop tailored value propositions for priority sectors and partner segments
  • Create “white-label” marketing packs for Managed Service Partners (MSP’s) to rebrand and distribute
  • Refine sector-specific one-pagers and website content to emphasise commercial outcomes, not just technical features

Case Studies & Insight Content

  • Conduct regular client interviews to capture real-world challenges and measurable impact
  • Produce one outcome-led customer case study per week
  • Create one in-depth whitepaper per month
  • Translate technical insight into accessible, high-value reports for prospective buyers

Sales & Partner Enablement

  • Refresh and enhance master sales and partner presentations monthly
  • Ensure pricing, services and messaging remain aligned across decks, proposals and quotes
  • Maintain consistency, credibility and commercial clarity across all collateral

This is a hands-on, high-impact content leadership role where pace, precision and commercial awareness matter.

About You

You’re an experienced B2B content professional who understands how content supports revenue growth — not just brand awareness.

You’ll bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience creating B2B sales-focused content (case studies, one-pagers, presentations, website copy)
  • Proven experience interviewing customers and turning conversations into powerful, outcome-driven stories
  • Strong commercial instincts — you understand how content supports sales conversations
  • Experience of using HubSpot, PowerPoint and design tools such as Canva or Adobe
  • Experience using AI/LLMs to enhance (not replace) high-quality copywriting
  • Exceptional organisation and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Experience within IT services, MSP or cyber security environments

If you don’t tick every single box but feel confident you can deliver at this level, we’d still love to hear from you.

What’s on Offer

  • Part-time, permanent role (minimum 25 hours per week — additional hours considered)
  • Hybrid working: typically two days in the central Cardiff office, remainder remote
  • c. £60,000 FTE (c. £40,000 actual for 25 hours), depending on experience
  • Unlimited leave
  • Health cash plan
  • EV scheme
  • Additional package of benefits
  • A genuinely values-led, ambitious and supportive environment
