Our Client
Our client is a well-established consultancy providing expert advice across all aspects of town planning, working across a wide range of sectors and projects. Their work is fast-paced, varied, and detail-driven — and they are now looking for a reliable and skilled typist to join their team.
The Role
This is a highly flexible, remote position supporting a team of professionals with their documentation and formatting needs.
Responsibilities include:
- Typing up dictated notes from audio recordings
- Formatting draft notes from the team into polished, branded documents
- Transcribing documents with handwritten comments
- Uploading pre-prepared content to social media platforms
About You
- An experienced and highly accurate typist with excellent attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Word formatting
- Comfortable working from audio dictation and handwritten notes
- Organised, responsive, and able to manage ad hoc workloads
- Some experience of posting content to social media platforms
