The Role
This is a brilliant opportunity for a skilled Marketing Officer to play a key role in strengthening visibility, credibility and stakeholder engagement.
Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll create compelling content that showcases the organisation’s impact and supports strategic communications during a time of regional change.
This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys translating meaningful work into clear, engaging messaging.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating high-quality marketing and digital content across multiple channels
- Producing case studies, articles, reports and stakeholder briefings
- Managing and contributing to website content (particularly for professional and public sector audiences)
- Planning and scheduling content across digital platforms, including LinkedIn
- Turning data and outcomes into engaging narratives and visual content
- Supporting communications for events, presentations and stakeholder engagement
- Maintaining a forward-thinking content plan aligned to organisational priorities
About You
You’ll be a confident communicator with a strong eye for detail and the ability to adapt your tone for different audiences.
You’ll bring:
- Proven experience in a marketing, communications or content-focused role
- Excellent writing skills and the ability to create clear, engaging content
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience producing digital content (web, social, newsletters or similar)
- Confidence interpreting data and turning it into meaningful insights
- A proactive, self-starting approach with strong collaboration skills
- A genuine interest in community impact or the not-for-profit sector
Bonus points for:
- Experience working with public sector or stakeholder audiences
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva or Adobe Express
- Experience creating infographics or data-led content
