As part of their continued growth, they are expanding their digital and live events offering—creating an opportunity for a proactive and organised individual to support their webinar programme and content platform.
The Role
This is a varied, hands-on role supporting the delivery of live webinars and digital content. You’ll play a key part in ensuring events run seamlessly while also helping manage and grow an online video content library.
It’s ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of coordination, communication and light technical work—and who takes pride in delivering a polished, professional experience.
Key Responsibilities
Webinar Coordination
- Support the planning and delivery of a regular webinar programme
- Manage communications with speakers, moderators and attendees
- Organise and run briefing sessions ahead of events
- Gather and check presentation materials
- Keep schedules and attendee lists up to date
- Coordinate post-event follow-ups, including certificates and communications
- Assist with editing, transcripts and translations
- Support webinar promotion, including creating social content
Live Event Support
- Provide technical support during live webinars (off-camera)
- Run pre-event checks and briefings
- Manage live streaming, recordings, polls and Q&A
- Support moderators and troubleshoot issues in real time
Content Support
- Upload and manage video content on the platform
- Tag and organise content accurately
- Carry out quality checks
- Support ongoing maintenance of the content library
About You
You’ll be someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys working independently, and stays calm under pressure—particularly when supporting live events.
We’re looking for:
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Clear, professional written communication
- Confidence using platforms like Zoom (training provided for editing tools)
- Comfortable liaising with external stakeholders
- A proactive, reliable approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Flexibility to support evening webinars
It would be a bonus if you have:
- Experience supporting webinars, virtual events or digital content
- Familiarity with CMS or video platforms
- An interest in digital publishing, education or healthcare
