The Role
Our client is seeking a highly organised People & Recruitment Coordinator to join our UK team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Working closely with hiring managers and the Business Support Manager, you will coordinate recruitment activities and deliver a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate recruitment administration across the full hiring process. 
Schedule interviews and liaise with candidates, hiring managers and external recruitment partners. 
Prepare offer documentation and support pre-employment checks. 
Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure new starters have a positive and well-organised induction. 
Arrange inductions, welcome meetings and equipment requests for new employees. 
Maintain accurate recruitment and employee records, ensuring confidentiality and GDPR compliance. 
Support recruitment reporting and maintain recruitment documentation and templates. 
Assist with HR administration as required. 
Support internal communications relating to recruitment and new starters. 
Provide general administrative support to the wider business during busy periods. 
To provide administrative and operational support across People/HR systems, ensuring the effective management of employee data, recruitment processes, system administration, and user experience. The role combines back-end systems management with front-end stakeholder support, acting as a key link between employees, managers, and HR technology platforms.

Skills & Experience
Previous experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration or business support. 
Excellent organisational and planning skills. 
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
High level of accuracy and attention to detail. 
Ability to manage confidential information professionally. 
Proficiency with Microsoft Office. 
Experience using HR or recruitment systems would be advantageous.

The Terms 
This maternity cover contract is being offered as a part time position requiring circa 20 hours per week, being paid at a full time equivalent of £30-33K FTE (depending on skills and experience).
