Our Client develops scientifically grounded nutritional supplements designed to support people living with complex chronic health conditions. Working closely with healthcare professionals, they're passionate about improving health outcomes while making a positive impact on people, the planet and the future of science.
They're a small, ambitious team where collaboration, kindness and creativity are valued, and they're looking for a Customer Support Coordinator to help the deliver an exceptional experience for their customers and partners.
The Role
This is a varied, hands-on role combining customer support with operational coordination across ther growing e-commerce business.
As the first point of contact for customer enquiries, you'll help ensure orders are delivered smoothly, issues are resolved quickly and customers receive outstanding support. You'll also assist with B2B order processing, logistics coordination and continuous improvement projects across the business.
Working closely with the wider team, you'll enjoy a high level of autonomy, plenty of variety and the opportunity to make a visible impact in a growing company.
About You
Our client is looking for someone who is organised, proactive and genuinely enjoys helping people.
You'll ideally have:
• Previous customer service experience within an e-commerce or online retail environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Experience using Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
• A positive, solutions-focused approach and willingness to get involved wherever needed
Experience of international shipping, B2B order processing, or fluency in French or German would be advantageous but is not essential.

• This position is paying up to £30K FTE* (standard 40 hour working week)
