The Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Research Service delivery manager, initially for a 12 month, part time (0.6) contract, to support the development of their in-house research function.

Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of the role are to:
1 Manage and Improve Research Services
Oversee the current research service operations, ensuring they meet the needs of business stakeholders and deliver high- quality outcomes.
2 Develop New Services and Practices
Collaborate with the business to identify opportunities for new services or improved working practices within the team, and lead their implementation.
3 Ensure Quality and Integrity
Maintain and enhance the quality, accuracy, and reliability of research services, processes, and outputs.
4 Subscription Management
Assist with managing subscriptions by monitoring usage, and optimizing value-added services.
5 Conduct Research Projects
Undertake research tasks, if required, to support client projects, business development initiatives, and strategic goals.
The Candidate
Our client is looking for a candidate with a track record in managing and improving business services. A strategic thinker, you will have strong problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail; Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). You will hold a user focused mindset, with adaptability and curiosity as key characteristics.
A basic understanding of corporate finance, financial services, or economics (preferred)
You will be able to demonstrate a familiarity with research tools (e.g., Bloomberg, Factiva) and knowledge management techniques (desirable, not required)
Ideally you will have experience in research within professional services firms
The Terms
This role is initially based on a 12 month fixed term contract. It is being offered on a part-time basis (60% of full-time hours). Our client offers:
• Flexible working hours
• Choice of location: work from any of our European offices, or home based, if in one of their European jurisdictions
• If home based, occasional visits to their offices for collaborative working would be required.
