The Role
As an Administrator, you’ll be responsible for supporting, primarily, the Mortgage Adviser. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that cases are processed smoothly, compliance standards are met, and clients receive the highest level of service.
• Input and manage new mortgage enquiries and applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout.
• Assist with all aspects of the mortgage process, from application to completion.
• Oversee all compliance requirements, ensuring cases adhere to regulatory standards.
• Handle general enquiries from prospects, clients, and third parties promptly and professionally.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
• Other duties as required in a financial services environment.
A working knowledge of Salesforce would be beneficial although training will be provided on the relevant systems. IT and financial literacy are essential.
The Candidate
You will be a confident administrative professional with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage a varied workload. Ideally you will have experience within financial services, however an interest in the area and a willingness to learn are key.
You will be familiar with Salesforce, or similar and have a high level of computer literacy.
Process oriented, with an appreciation for compliance, you will be used to working in a customer centric environment.
The Terms
• Based at our clients Berkhamsted offices (walking distance from station)
• Onsite parking available
• Starting Salary: £32,000
• Working pattern over 5 days
• Working Hours, 30 hours up to full time, to be worked within: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Holidays: 25 days annual leave, increasing yearly up to 30 days
