The Role
As EA you will provide support to the Managing Director (MD), Commercial Director (CD), and the broader Senior Leadership Team (SLT). This is a pivotal role that ensures the smooth running of day to day leadership operations, enabling our senior leaders to focus on driving the business forward.
Reporting to the MD, your responsibilities will be varied and include:
Diary and Inbox Management
- Coordinate and manage complex calendars
- Prioritise and schedule internal/external meetings, ensuring optimal time management
- Monitor and manage inboxes, flagging urgent actions and drafting replies where appropriate
Meeting & Event Coordination
- Prepare agenda, presentations, and supporting documents for leadership and board meetings
- Take minutes and follow up on actions as required
- Organise internal offsites, team away days, and SLT events
Project & Administrative Support
- Provide proactive administrative support on key projects, tracking timelines and deliverables
- Conduct research, collate data and prepare briefings or reports as needed
Stakeholder Management
- Act as liaison between the MD/CD and internal/external stakeholders
- Build strong relationships across departments to ensure smooth flow of information
- Represent the MD/CD professionally and with confidentiality at all times
Wider SLT Support
- Provide occasional EA support to other SLT members (e.g. scheduling, travel, formatting documents)
- Support with internal comms, team culture initiatives, and ad-hoc team needs
The Candidate
As EA you’ll be highly organised and proactive and be able to demonstrate:
- Proven experience in an EA role
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of discretion and emotional intelligence
- Experience in a creative, media, tech or entrepreneurial environment would be advantageous
- Project Management experience would be advantageous
Terms
- The role is offered on a permanent, part or full time basis.
- The role is seeking a minimum of 30 hrs (over 5 days) up to full time (35 hrs).
- A competitive salary of up to £42.5k fte* is on offer depending on experience.
- The role is office based in Tring with flex on timing of hours worked.
