  • Client communication via email and occasional meetings (Teams or in person)

About You

We’re looking for a confident, well-organised candidate who is comfortable working independently and juggling multiple projects. You’ll be liaising with senior internal and external stakeholders, so a professional manner and clear communication style are essential.

You will ideally have:

  • A background in real estate finance or banking, or experience in a similar analytical/financial environment
  • Strong Excel skills, ideally with some knowledge of financial modelling (training can be provided)
  • Experience drafting client-facing materials or presentations
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise
  • A friendly, collaborative attitude and willingness to learn

Terms

  • The role is offered on a12 month fixed contract - Freelance basis
  • Part-time hours - 2.5 days per week (or equivalent – flexible on spread)
  • c.£50,000 FTE* pro rata for hours worked (invoice basis)
  • Hybrid role: initial time in the office for onboarding, with hybrid working longer term
  • Central London-based office (nearest tube Baker Street, Great Portland St)
  • Opportunity to expand role/hours in future

If you enjoy working with numbers, models, presentations and people – and want a flexible, intellectually stimulating role with a growing team – we’d love to hear from you.
