  • Booking travel and coordinating schedules for the wider team.
  • Supporting marketing activities, including content creation and trade show preparation.

This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll have the chance to get involved across the business and make a genuine impact.

About You

  • Communicates clearly and builds great working relationships.
  • Is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Experience with order processing systems or ERP platforms would be a bonus, as would a background in sales support within a product-based business.

What’s on Offer

  • Permanent part-time role — 26–32 hrs per week.
  • Salary up to £32k FTE, depending on experience.
  • Hybrid working — office-based in Port Solent with a marina view (Monday & Friday are key office days, ideally worked over 5 days ( min 4) with 1 day remote).
  • 22 days holiday plus bank holidays.
  • Modern offices close to gyms, restaurants, and cinemas.
  • Free on-site parking.
  • A supportive, collaborative team environment where your contribution will be valued.
