Our Client
Our client is a dynamic and ambitious organisation with a collaborative, down-to-earth culture. Based in Tring, they operate in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment where no two days are the same.
They are now seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to join them on a 12-month fixed-term contract (maternity cover), supporting their Managing Director, Commercial Director and wider Senior Leadership Team.
The Role
This is a hands-on, trusted EA position where you’ll play a central role in keeping the leadership team organised, informed and operating effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
Diary & Inbox Management
- Managing complex calendars and scheduling across multiple stakeholders
- Prioritising meetings to ensure effective use of time
- Monitoring inboxes, flagging priorities and drafting responses
Office Management
- Overseeing day-to-day office operations and supplies
- Acting as a key point of contact within the office
- Liaising with suppliers and service providers
Meetings & Events
- Preparing agendas, presentations and board papers
- Taking minutes and tracking actions
- Organising team away days, offsites and SLT events
Project & Administrative Support
- Supporting key projects, tracking timelines and deliverables
- Conducting research and preparing reports or briefings
Stakeholder Management
- Acting as a liaison between senior leaders and internal/external contacts
- Building strong relationships across the business
- Representing the leadership team with professionalism and discretion
Wider SLT Support
- Providing ad hoc EA support across the leadership team
- Supporting internal communications and team initiatives
About You
You’ll be a confident, organised and adaptable EA who enjoys working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience in an Executive Assistant role
- Is highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Communicates clearly and professionally, both written and verbal
- Demonstrates strong discretion and emotional intelligence
- Thrives on variety and takes a proactive, solutions-focused approach
Experience in a creative, media, tech or entrepreneurial environment would be a bonus, as would project coordination experience.
What’s on Offer
- 12-month fixed-term contract (maternity cover)
- Start date: mid to late May 2026
- The role is seeking a minimum of 28 hrs (over 5 days) up to full time (35 hrs).
- A competitive salary of up to £42.5k fte* is on offer depending on experience.
