Job Description

Looking for a role where no two days are the same? This is a rare opportunity to support a growing, multi-faceted business whilst working part-time and flexibly.

Our Client
Our client is an ambitious and evolving organisation based in the beautiful Wiltshire countryside, centred around a thriving vineyard and complemented by a farm and wider family business interests. It’s a close-knit, values-led environment where quality, attention to detail and long-term thinking really matter.

With multiple moving parts and exciting plans for the future, they are now looking for a highly organised and proactive Business Support Coordinator to help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

The Role
This is a varied and hands-on position where you’ll play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations across the business. You’ll be the person who keeps things on track, ensures nothing slips through the cracks, and brings structure and calm to a busy and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities are likely to include:

  • Managing complex diaries and coordinating schedules across different business areas
  • Creating and maintaining an effective admin calendar (ensuring key deadlines, renewals and routine tasks are never missed)
  • Supporting with board meetings, including preparing papers and taking accurate minutes
  • Handling a wide range of administrative tasks across the businesses
  • Managing aspects of social media as necessary
  • Acting as a point of contact where needed, dealing confidently and professionally with external contacts
  • Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve organisation

There will be natural peaks and troughs in workload (for example around board meetings), but always a steady flow of activity requiring attention and forward planning.

About You
You’ll be someone who genuinely enjoys bringing order to complexity and takes pride in being a trusted and reliable part of a wider team.

We’re looking for:

  • A highly organised, self-sufficient administrator who can manage their own workload with minimal supervision
  • Strong diary management and planning skills, with a natural ability to anticipate needs
  • An excellent telephone manner
  • Experience supporting senior stakeholders, ideally including board-level exposure and minute taking
  • A calm, positive and approachable style – confident working with a range of people
  • The judgement to know when to push, when to pause, and when to ask for support
  • High levels of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for improving systems and keeping things running smoothly

This role would suit someone who enjoys variety, values autonomy, and takes satisfaction from quietly making things work better.

What’s on Offer

  • Part-time role (c.12-16 hours per week) with lot of  flexibility around how hours are worked
  • An hourly rate of c.£20p/h working through Ten2Two or on a freelance basis
  • Hybrid working – just occasional meetings in the office required
  • A unique and varied working environment
  • The opportunity to become a key part of a growing and ambitious business
  • Potential for the role to develop further over time
