Now they're entering an exciting new phase of growth. Following investment in expanded warehouse facilities, fulfilment capabilities and in-house personalisation, their ambition is clear: to become the UK's leading premium corporate gifting, fulfilment and personalisation studio.
They're now looking for an experienced, hands-on Marketing Manager who wants to play a key role in helping achieve that vision.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with practical delivery.
Rather than spending your time briefing agencies or sitting in endless meetings, you'll be creating campaigns, writing content, improving the website, developing ideas and helping shape the marketing direction of a growing business.
Working closely with the leadership team and a small, ambitious group of colleagues, you'll help build the brand, generate high-quality leads and position the business as the first choice for premium corporate gifting.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Marketing Strategy
- Develop and deliver the overall marketing strategy.
- Help position the business as a market leader within premium corporate gifting, fulfilment and personalisation.
- Identify new opportunities for growth and marketing initiatives.
- Ensure a consistent brand presence across all channels.
Content & Social Media
- Lead the LinkedIn strategy and founder-led content.
- Support the leadership team in building an authentic and engaging online presence.
- Plan and create content across LinkedIn, Instagram and email marketing.
- Coordinate photography and video content.
- Turn client projects into engaging case studies and success stories.
Lead Generation
- Develop campaigns that generate high-quality corporate enquiries.
- Support trade shows, networking events and speaking opportunities.
- Create downloadable guides, brochures and other lead-generation resources.
- Improve website conversion and customer journeys.
Website & SEO
- Continually enhance the Shopify website.
- Create and update case studies, landing pages and service pages.
- Support SEO through content creation and optimisation.
- Work alongside external specialists where appropriate.
PR & Partnerships
- Help secure media coverage and speaking opportunities.
- Build relationships with industry partners and organisations.
- Develop award submissions and accelerator applications.
- Identify opportunities to raise the business's profile nationally.
Campaign Delivery
This is a hands-on role where you'll be involved in delivering marketing activity, including:
- Writing engaging copy
- Creating email campaigns
- Updating website content
- Coordinating designers and photographers
- Managing social media activity
- Producing marketing collateral
- Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance
About You
You'll be an experienced marketer who enjoys combining strategic thinking with practical delivery.
You'll also bring:
- Several years' marketing experience, ideally within a growing SME or premium brand.
- A commercial mindset and an understanding of how marketing drives business growth.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Experience of LinkedIn marketing and founder-led content.
- The ability to work independently, manage priorities and take ownership.
- A proactive, organised and collaborative approach.
- Energy, creativity and a genuine enjoyment of turning ideas into action.
Experience of Shopify, HubSpot, Canva, SEO and B2B marketing would be advantageous.
What Success Looks Like
Within your first 12 months you'll have helped to:
- Strengthen the business's position within the corporate gifting market.
- Increase high-quality inbound enquiries.
- Build a consistent and engaging founder-led marketing presence.
- Deliver successful marketing campaigns around key industry events.
- Create a strong library of case studies and premium brand assets.
